$3834.21 in our account.  The report was approved as read.  Joe announced that he is retiring from the treasurer's job and we are
looking for someone to take on this duty.

Tonight's activities will include a flea market.

Members' assistance will be needed for the fly show at Valley Forge Convention Center on March 5 and 6.  We are going to sell raffle tickets
and banquet tickets at the fly show.  Five prizes will be offered on the raffle tickets.

Rich gave a report on the polar bear outing of January 15th to the Little Lehigh.  One fish was caught, but a good time was had by all.
Had a great lunch at the Brass Rail.

Fly tying class is going well on Tuesday nights.

Mike reported on the upcoming trip to Montana which will be July 30th to August 6th.

Mike will check on a Blair Mill school outing and will get a date for May.  Mike also spoke on "Project Healing Waters".  We will need to
get some volunteers from our chapter.  By a show of hands, most members offered to help.

Dick McKinney announced that the 2nd weekend after Mother's Day, May 20-23 will be the chapter's outing to Penn's Creek.

Denis Mora welcomed several new members to our chapter.

Rich Terry reported that the Somerset Fly Show was very good.  It was announced that next month's speaker will be Don Baylor.
